Manhattan Commercial Finance provides financial advisory and working capital solutions to small and middle market companies in all industries. The principal focus has always been developing trusting relationships with business owners and Executives such that we are given latitude to add value by placing our clients with the most suitable form of lending. The Company brings Big 4 C.P.A. experience to the table, translating to an expedient determination of the best product by expertly analyzing financial statements and other documents relevant to the respective transaction. Relationships have been established with many reputable collateral lenders offering products including factoring, bank and private asset-based lending, purchase order financing, and providers of equipment leasing and inventory only loans. Manhattan Commercial has actively participated in the growth of a number of unsecured trade finance products. These include reverse factoring, vendor procurement and supply chain finance. These complimentary cross border solutions have no impact on bank or any other lending and will continue to gain prominence in the market.The Company has been an advocate of first and second position unsecured short term loans, which represent just less than half of revenues. The negative connotation associated is largely due to a lack of differentiation between 1) reputable, ethical companies writing deals at increasingly competitive rates and 2) the high risk segment of the space, which does involve unethical behavior and in which loans are often priced such that any derived benefit could not realistically exceed the corresponding cost.
