Develops and administers initial and continuation training for 70+ members of the USNORTHCOM Contingency Command Crew including three General/Flag officers and/or Senior Executive Service (SES) equivalent- Creates and executes monthly training exercises to reinforce learning objectives and refine tactics, techniques, and procedures; responsible for scenario and script development supporting objectives of the Annual Training Plan (ATP)- Coordinates and facilitates quarterly and annual Tier 1 level exercises with multiple mission partners to include NORAD & USNORTHCOM Current Operations Center (N2C2) and USNORTHCOM Special Activities (NCSA)- Training and Education instructor for the USNORTHCOM ensures training and exercise objectives are developed to support organizational and command missions- Exercise director and observer/controller; supervises the collection of observations of staff processes and the collection of data for the conduct of after action reviews and lessons learned- Responsible for scheduling, planning, prioritization, design, development, and execution for initial, qualification, and certification training and exercises- Manages planning efforts of multiple Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) directed and USNORTHCOM exercise to ensure functions, goals and objectives are integrated to support conducting complex, full-spectrum exercises- Maintains thorough understanding of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) concepts and ability to apply concepts meeting command\'s exercise objectives and reporting responsibilities to CJCS and Secretary of Defense.
