ABOUT JOHN DOMBY
I served as a Company Commander in the U.S. Army for a year and a half, leading a team of nearly 50 Soldiers in talent acquisition missions, as well as marketing and advertising campaigns. I have seven years of experience in the military, starting as a Platoon Leader (mid-level manager) and rising to the rank of Captain (Program Director). My core competencies include leadership, team development, communication, safety, and logistics management. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Religious Studies, with minors in Naval Science and Spanish Language and Literature, from North Carolina State University. I am passionate about leading others and being a positive influence, regardless of the role I have the privilege of holding. My goal is to use my skills and expertise to best serve my team and my company, wholeheartedly serving its vision and mission.
