Through direct supervision and mentoring, I work with the various groups within our department to manage workflow, proposals, staffing, and make certain client commitments are met while exceeding expectations for our Work. Specific initiatives include organizing our annual Visualization Symposium, continuing education within the groups and creating tools to meet both artistic and financial goals. For my Team, I assist with research and development efforts, recruiting, and load balancing to make sure we are right-sized and equipped to be successful for the present and future.
