With extensive expertise in managing enterprise academic systems, I lead a skilled team focusing on the administration of and support for critical platforms, including Blackboard Learn, Canvas by Instructure, Respondus, Turnitin, Kaltura, WordPress, Blackboard Collaborate, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex. My efforts have positively impacted over 3,400 faculty/staff and students annually.My technical proficiency spans system administration, cloud application management, load balancing, performance monitoring, and hardware scaling. By implementing robust system administration protocols, I have improved system uptime and significantly enhanced the scalability of Baylor’s learning management systems, resulting in a more effective learning environment for both students and faculty.Driven by a passion for digital transformation in education, I actively explore emerging trends in instructional technology and generative AI.    Assist law enforcement, athletics staff, and stadium personnel with real-time monitoring of critical areas at McLane Stadium and Foster Pavilion in the Emergency Operations Command Center during Baylor University home football and basketball games. Utilize NiceVision and Cayuga systems to operate PTZ cameras and over 100 fixed security cameras. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries related to game-day operations as @McLaneAssist for Baylor Athletics, ensuring effective communication and support for fans and attendees.
