I am a seasoned Business Analyst and work very closely with business teams to elicit meaningful requirements and technology teams to design robust solutions.My strong technical skills and understanding allow me to partner with development teams, serving as the voice of the business whilst confidently assisting with system and solution design. I\'ll often navigate SQL, XSD, XSLT, C++ and other languages to analyse a problem or current state, and I regularly build tools (I\'ve done a few VBA monstrosities, SQL based stuff, and more recently Python tools) to analyse large datasets, model proposed solutions, automate testing, or just make life a whole lot easier for me and others!Much of my experience focuses on designing and implementing trade capture and life cycle systems, decommissioning the old ones, and analysing the swathes of data needed for a successful migration. I\'ve worked on such projects for FX Derivatives (including 2 x Murex decoms), Rates Exotics, and FX Cash.
