Throughout my career, I\'ve supported public-sector clients in delivering projects across multiple industries and disciplines for the public benefit. I\'ve helped my clients successfully deliver employee housing in Yosemite National Park, wastewater treatment in both Millbrae and the Fresno/Clovis metropolitan area, renovated facilities for Air Force initiatives, and veteran housing, including skilled nursing and memory-care in Fresno. Currently, I\'m providing project controls oversight to support the California High-Speed Rail Authority in delivering the first construction package of their program to deliver high-speed rail connectivity from San Francisco to Los Angeles. This project includes 30+ miles right-of-way acquisition, utility relocations, overcrossings and grade-separations, and coordination with multiple jurisdictional agencies.

   I serve as a Senior Construction Manager and Roadway Manager with HDR, currently supporting major infrastructure improvements at Los Angeles World Airport. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across transportation, water infrastructure, and facility projects, with a focus on multidisciplinary coordination, project controls, and contract interpretation to help deliver complex public works efficiently and responsibly.My leadership style is grounded in values—integrity, accountability, and a commitment to public service. I take a collaborative approach to problem-solving, working closely with contractors, designers, and agency stakeholders to maintain progress, resolve issues constructively, and align efforts with broader program goals. I also prioritize mentoring and supporting the staff I work with, investing in their growth and encouraging sound, thoughtful decision-making.What draws me to engineering and construction is the lasting impact of the work. It’s personally rewarding to know that the projects we deliver—whether a roadway, terminal, or utility system—will serve the public for decades to come. I believe that our role is not only to meet technical requirements, but to leave behind infrastructure that reflects care, foresight, and trust in public investment.Outside of traditional project work, I manage transitional housing for individuals with mental health and recovery needs. That experience has deepened my belief in leadership that values people, systems that function with purpose, and work that leaves a positive mark.
