   Leading the overall management of compensation programs and serving as the organization’s compensation expert. Initially contracted to develop a comprehensive compensation program to align with the expansion of a robust Human Resources function for this growing pharmaceutical company. Designed, gained approval, and installed the company\'s first Long Term Incentive Plan. Evaluated over 100 jobs, and created/implemented a job structure to establish the framework for managing careers and staffing decisions. Designed and installed a salary structure to facilitate ongoing compensation management practice. Improved the design of the Short Term Incentive Plan and gained approval from Executive Management for adjustments to the award structure. Evaluated competitive pay practices for the Company\'s new sales organization to guide job offerings and ensure a smooth transition from a contracted sales force to internal employment.
