SPILL PREVENTION PLANNING Certifying engineer on SPCC Plans developed for the O&G industry, commercial and industrial clients and have managed numerous aboveground storage tank integrity assessments. BROWNFIELDS REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER I have managed numerous EPA Brownfields assessment projects for the municipalities in the Denver Metro area.
