ABOUT JOHN DAVIE
With over 14 years of experience as a trial lawyer and litigator, I am passionate about pursuing justice and protecting consumers from fraudulent and deceptive practices. I currently work as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, where I litigate federal district court actions against businesses and entities that violate the FTC Act and other consumer protection laws. I have a proven track record of success in all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery, to motions, trials, and appeals. I have first-chaired over 32 trials in federal and state courts, obtaining convictions or favorable verdicts in 29 cases. I have also researched and drafted over 40 legal briefs on complex and novel issues, prevailing in 36 cases.
