I have used my academic and practical knowledge to reconstruct over vehicular accidents in the US and South America and have provided expert testimony numerous times in civil and criminal litigation. I am proficient in traditional and computer-aided accident reconstruction methodologies and am qualified to collect and analyze crash data from commercial vehicles containing Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorders (HVEDR\'s) and from passenger vehicles containing Event Data Recorders (EDR\'s) using the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval System. I have been an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers for 20 years and have accumulated more than hours of specialized training in the areas of accident investigation, accident reconstruction, event data recorders, commercial vehicle inspection, brake systems, motorcycles, vehicle dynamics, simulations, FARO laser scanners and numerous software applications. I have taught many seminars on aspects of engineering and accident reconstruction to attorneys, paralegals, claims associations, municipalities, motor carriers and fleet safety managers.
