As a Product Manager/Owner I have worked closely with customers. Partnering is an important part of continual improvement. During the years in this position the partnership between BMC and customers, we have implemented many new features. The continual feedback loop with customers is critical to get the right solutions out in a timely manner. Using an agile scrum process to work with developers ideas are vetted out and discussed. This empowers the developers to better understand the customer needs and leads to better job satisfaction.The customers have been extremely satisfied with the product innovation and continue to provide additional ideas. As a result, customers have benefited from simplification, faster problem resolution and advanced automation. This in turn provides them the ability to increase their product innovation for their customers.
