Driven by a passion for customer service and satisfaction, on the front lines and behind the scenes!Joining Velcro USA, Inc. in February of 2008, after nearly a decade in retail management, I have worked through many segments of the company, learning the ins and outs of all ends of the business, and pushing to excel at each. From shipping and receiving to sales and customer service and even supply chain, I have two customer bases to serve. The company itself is my customer as I strive to deliver the best information, experience and reliability that can be expected. The end-user is my customer, even if not in a customer-facing role. We\'re all part of this ground-breaking, world-changing, life-saving machine called Velcro USA, Inc. I am proud to have such a deep involvement in this company.As a small business owner at BBNG Entertainment I have worked with local musicians and bands on everything from band formation, to recording, promotion and booking.
