My law practice is focused on health care, Medicare, ERISA and commercial litigation matters. I advise clients on a broad range of issues, including provider contracting, termination, provider reimbursement, benefits litigation, antitrust, peer review, credentialing, and Medicare Advantage HMO issues. I have litigated a broad range of issues, from individual benefit determinations to large scale reimbursement and class action cases. I also have significant experience in litigating ERISA and non-ERISA health care and employee benefit issues, policy rescissions and third party recoveries on behalf of the State, ERISA and Medicare Advantage Plans.
