John\'s career has been focused on using scientific and psychological principles to develop practical solutions to human resources (HR) concerns and advance the practice of I-O psychology. As part of this effort, he co-founded APTMetrics. The success of the organization is directly attributable to their adherence to sound measurement principles, ethical conduct in business, and respect for the impact that their work has on people’s lives. In his role as COO, he has had the privilege to direct the talent management services of the firm and impact the development of a number of highly talented I-O psychologists and other professionals.
