I\'m responsible for innovation, legal operations, legal tech and knowledge at CMS, with the aim of helping our clients and business to work smarter: to find the right balance between client satisfaction, cost effectiveness, profitability and opportunities for our people. I lead our brilliant Legal Innovation, Legal Operations and Project Management, Legal Tech, Managed Legal Services and Knowledge teams. I\'m passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and encouraging people to be curious, ask questions and experiment.I\'m currently leading our firmwide AI strategy as we look to use AI to supercharge our digital transformation programme. We\'ve got an exciting and challenging array of activities across our whole business looking at how AI will impact our business, services to our clients, talent development and internal operations.I regularly work with clients (and with other law firms in panel collaborations) to advise on working smarter and how to use our range of resources to solve practical business problems.
