After 2 decades of working for other DMCs, I am now providing a niche service to my clients directly! I value the importance of being a trustworthy local partner for overseas meeting planners. Making best recommendations, suggesting options when needed and delivering trust every step of the way is my goal. In this role I strive to bring relevant \"destination services & products\" and provide my clients with solid solutions that would excite them when considering the Vancouver area for their meetings (both association & corporate) and events. Helping my clients plan their event and execute the dream with precision and without stress on their part is my ultimate objective. With my background in Project Management, the logical need for critical thinking of steps to achieve client objectives is my bread and butter. I strain the pillars of project planning using high level of rigor to not just the planning phase but also to project execution and closure. I am committed to meeting project commitments, through clear communications with sponsors and stakeholders. I painstakingly facilitate and manage SLA’s defining service levels and customer requirements. I am able to deploy my excellent problem solving abilities while remaining calm and decisive under demanding circumstances.
