With over 25 years of experience in business and technology, I am a visionary leader and a strategic planner who aligns technology goals with business strategy. As the Director of Technology and Cloud Development at VoltaGrid, I oversee the information technology roadmap and the implementation of enterprise solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. In 2023, my focus is on expanding our cloud-native ecosystem, incorporating automation, ML/AI, and event-based compute at the edge. I lead the technology teams in rolling out updated versions of our customer portal and internal applications, both on web and mobile platforms. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and delivering services that meet or exceed expectations. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.

   Reporting to the CEO, I lead VoltaGrid\'s information technology strategy and systems roadmap and steward the implementation of that roadmap in alignment with the overall corporate strategy. In addition, I am responsible for all IT services teams for the VoltaGrid organization including remote sites and field offices, OpEx and CapEx budgets, financial performance management, and investment planning to ensure that business stakeholders are aligned on technology investment decisions. Building on the successful rollout of our customer portal, we are expanding customer service offerings in 2023 and extending capabilities across various business lines. To keep pace with the rapid growth of the company we continue to push forward with implementing, event-driven cloud architecture, increased edge computing services, and, high-speed low latency satellite communications. VoltaGrid is also scaling our internal data science, platform, and network teams and will be implementing ML and AI capabilities at the edge to further drive innovation, and automation, reduce downtime and improve the overall customer experience. VoltaGrid continues to be one of the fastest-growing companies in its space and is leveraging significant benefits from its cloud-native and edge technology platforms.
