I work with K–12 district leaders across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas to support targeted academic interventions—particularly high-impact tutoring—designed to improve consistency, relationships, and student outcomes.Much of my work centers on partnering with districts as they prepare for and respond to assessment cycles, staffing constraints, and the growing need for evidence-based supports that fit within existing instructional models.Through my role at Paper, I collaborate closely with superintendents and cabinet-level leaders to understand local priorities and share what we’re seeing across districts implementing TEKS-aligned and standards-based tutoring programs.I value long-term partnerships, transparency, and practical solutions that work for educators and students—not just programs that look good on paper.Always open to connecting with district leaders who want to exchange ideas around tutoring, intervention strategy, and what’s making a measurable difference for students right now.
