As a Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience, I currently serve as the Director of HR Business Partnerships, Compensation, and HR Analytics at Brookfield Properties. In this role, I lead the national HRBP team and oversee compensation and HR data analytics, contributing to the organization’s mission of creating and caring for spaces people call home. My work focuses on fostering a positive culture, enhancing staff retention, and supporting transformative HR initiatives. Previously, I held various leadership roles, including as an HR Director at Brookfield Properties and Senior HR Manager at Sealed Air Corporation, where I contributed to post-acquisition transitions and performance management strategies. My background also includes an accomplished military career as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where I developed expertise in operations planning, talent acquisition, and HR systems design for mission-critical initiatives.
