With over two decades of experience in emergency preparedness, response operations, and risk management, I bring a mission-focused mindset to complex, high-stakes environments. I currently serve as the Emergency Preparedness Manager for Bechtel\'s HLW Construction Project at the Hanford Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP), leading emergency readiness initiatives. My work centers on regulatory compliance, interagency coordination, and real-world operational excellence across multiple partnerships.A U.S. Air Force veteran, I built my foundation in crisis leadership and organizational resilience early in my career. Since then, I’ve expanded that framework through public-private collaboration, advanced education in disaster and emergency management, and hands-on experience developing facility response plans, ICS training programs, and emergency operations procedures that drive results under pressure.Beyond the worksite, I’m passionate about service and community resilience. As a Team Rubicon Greyshirt and regional leader since 2019, I’ve organized veteran-led disaster response operations, community events, and leadership training across the Pacific Northwest. Service, whether to mission, people, or purpose, remains at the core of everything I do.I’m continuously pursuing new ways to strengthen preparedness and inspire others to serve. Whether in the field, in the command post, or leading a volunteer team, my goal is the same: build systems and people that can stand ready when it matters most.
