I drive strategy, improve scaling mechanisms, and lead priority initiatives for a 7k+ employee division, one of two that account for all of Amazon’s US Hardlines sales. Our division also supports the breadth of Amazon’s North American Stores in specific areas (eg. Deals, Selection Acquisition, B2B growth) and invests to improve customer and seller experience in Amazon stores worldwide. Our teams are based in Seattle, WA, Santa Monica, CA, Denver, CO, Arlington, VA, and Chennai, IN. My current projects include leading development of our division\'s strategy for 2024, which also includes our divisional contributions to the 2024 Operating Plan for North American Stores. On an ongoing basis my mandate is to (1) sharpen business strategy and organizational focus on north star objectives,(2) refine communication and audit mechanisms to accelerate inputs-based dialogue and faster decision-making, and (3) lead select high-priority projects where additional leadership focus and influence is required.
