Assist the Franchise Support Center (FSC) and operations team with upholding the Mountain Mike\'s Pizza (MMP) brand standards and deploying key initiatives at the field level. Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to assigned franchisees. Primary objectives are to deliver outstanding food quality, guest experience and cleanliness. Additional goals are to maximize short and long - term sales, guest counts, restaurant profitability and market share. Consistently demonstrate MMP values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with key partners including franchisees, FSC teams, suppliers, and functional partners.
