Serve as International Trade & Finance Specialist (Export Finance Manager) with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)- Office of Manufacturing & Trade (OMT) out of the Seattle U.S. Export Assistance Center to support small business exporters in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Northern Nevada, Hawaii, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands with the assistance of SBA Export Lenders, SBA Resource Partners and Stakeholders.Export financing is a key competitive factor for U.S. Exporters to increase their chances of success internationally. SBA offers a broad variety of loan guaranty programs that will enable small businesses to obtain working capital to finance export market development, pre- and post-shipment needs, increase global competitiveness, enhance your ability to export a product or service and finance the acquisition of long-term fixed assets.Do you need short-term export working capital to support labor or to buy raw materials to produce products for exporting? SBA’s Export Working Capital (EWCP) loan can be tailored specifically to fund a pre-export or post export financing on a revolving line of credit basis. Do you need additional equipment, machinery, or improved facilities to meet an export order request? SBA’s International Trade Loan Program (ITL) provides a combination of fixed asset, permanent working capital, and related debt refinancing.Do you need to enhance your company’s export market development including eCommerce in today’s Phygital world? SBA’s Export Express Loan Program can take the form of a term loan or a revolving line of credit to fund participation in a foreign trade show, finance standby letters of credit, translate product literature for use in foreign markets, finance specific export orders, as well as to finance expansions, equipment purchases, and inventory or real estate acquisitions for any purpose that increases a company’s ability to export.
