   As Director of Human Resources at Clearinghouse CDFI, I lead all aspects of Human Resources strategy and operations for Clearinghouse CDFI, the B Bold(er) Internship Program, and Fvlcrum. In partnership with our Chief Administrative Officer, I ensure the seamless delivery of HR services across recruitment, benefits, payroll, employee relations, 401(k) administration, training, compliance, and organizational culture.I oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to career development and succession planning while ensuring compliance with multistate employment laws and internal policies. I work closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and collaborate with department heads to support performance management, leadership development, and retention efforts.In my role, I also supervise the Employee Relations Specialist and guide the team in resolving workplace concerns with fairness and professionalism. I regularly evaluate our benefits and leave policies to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.
