Our team, with my guidance, has been instrumental in developing the bid for the Strategic Training Partner contract, showcasing our innovative solutions in design and delivery. With over three decades in the sector, from military leadership to strategy, transformation, education and training and now in industry, the goal remains steadfast: to deliver outcomes - in the present case, the transformation of the British Army\'s Collective Training.
