Also develops on-the-job training programs, creates e-learning courses, and serves as SumTotal LMS Administrator.Day to day duties includes- Development and management of the SumTotal Learning Management System (LMS)- Administer LMS functions, which include monitoring course content, course approvals, and evaluation processes- Investigating and resolving database inconsistencies or discrepancies- Analyzing, identifying, and communicating LMS system and business requirements with the corporate office and LMS vendor to resolve system issues- Creating and updating training requirements in the LMS- Overseeing the distribution of SCORM training packages to compliance teams and troubleshoot all technical issues- Designing and running ad hoc and standard reports for management and government customers- Gathering course completion data, analyze, and verify compliance metrics for compliance-related initiatives- Developing and packaging SCORM compliant courses into learning paths and programs based on user roles or training initiatives- Communicating with stakeholders, internal content developers, and subject matter experts others throughout the development process to ensure seamless delivery of content on the LMS.
