I\'ve become heavily involved in the upfront DFMA for RTM tooling, composite tooling and I work closely with our customers to come up with the best fits for their tooling needs. Key part of Prospect become a leader in these area through innovation and teamwork. I do all reviews in our injection mold builds to give our customers advice stemming from my 30 plus years of plastics experience. I’m driving innovation in our department and am always excited to work with new challenges.
