Teacher of Photography at d\'Overbroeck\'s sixth form college. Responsible for:Teaching (linear) A Level Photography (OCR) within an established and successful art department. The commencement of my position at d’Overbroeck’s coincided with the opening of their new sixth form college campus at Banbury Road and involved the setting up of new dedicated photography classroom facilities including a new darkroom with black & white and colour developing systems. Other responsibilities include preparing and submitting the departmental plan and budget for my department, the support of two teachers in the delivery of the A Level Photography syllabus, planning, organising, and leading excursions or visits and developing/completing schemes of work, minutes of meetings, departmental policies and reviews of examination results.
