As President & CEO of Seattle Bank, I have the pleasure of leading a dynamic team of professionals that sets out every day to expertly serve our clients and reinvent the banking experience. Our team focuses on building deep expertise and capitalizing on specialized niches in the marketplace. From offering tailored services to business owners and consumers in the Northwest with complex needs and an appreciation for high-quality service, to an array of national business lines, we are always looking for ways we can deliver value to distinct market segments here in the Northwest and across the nation. As a tech forward bank, we employ our open-API, cloud-based core system to help national brands embed financial services in their online experience. We further leverage technology to deliver innovative nationwide services, including CD Valet, a new service introduced in 2022 to help savers earn greater returns. Our success identifying and capitalizing on unique market opportunities consistently enables Seattle Bank to earn our place amongst the top performing financial institutions across the nation for growth, margin and productivity. We achieve this performance by recruiting and retaining highly talented, collaborative, and hard-working professionals across disciplines and empowering them with modern technology solutions. I\'ll add that our clients are Seattle Bank\'s biggest champions and consistently send their friends and colleagues our way. For us, this is the ultimate measurement of our performance. In 2023, I celebrate my ninth year as President and CEO of Seattle Bank after spending seven years at the predecessor firm Seattle Mortgage Company in the 1990’s. What a metamorphosis I\'ve witnessed in our industry and our organization! I\'m extremely proud of the professionals whose commitment to client service and spirit of collaboration drive us forward every day. I can\'t wait to see what we\'ll do next to reinvent the banking experience!
