Director & Management Consultant @Timelesstime Ltd
Providing direct support to entrepreneurs, leaders and managers. Mentoring managers. Delivering strategy, organisational development and human resource management consulting projects. Effecting change. And critically, working with clients to optimise the contribution that their people make to business outcomes in their firms. Example large projects include: development of a pay system for a national financial mutual organisation; development of a process for mass redundancy in a major national charity; determination of the ideal culture and employee personal characteristics for a national compliance firm. And of course, there have been about 230 smaller projects - from a few days to a few weeks of assistance. Smaller projects have included development of an international staff handbook for a multi-national industry body; employee wellbeing interviews, analysis and coaching for an animal charity; and support to various recruitment campaigns with interview methods and candidate psychometric analysis.Contact me via https://timelesstime.co.uk/contact.
