This role is a central integration point between departments and systems, delivering measurable improvements in project execution, expense management, licensing, technology utilization, and organizational scalability.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Process Development:Design and implement scalable, repeatable business processes that align with company growth goals and operational needs.Technology Implementation & Administration:Lead enterprise-wide software rollouts, including Procore for project management and UKG Learning for employee training and compliance.Administer for key software platforms including Procore, Center, Square, Avetta, Avalara, Realpage, PlanHub, ConstructConnect, Document Crunch, Smartsheet, and Staples.Consolidate and optimize software tools to reduce costs and enhance user experience.Expense and Policy Management:Overhaul and streamline the corporate expense approval process.Develop comprehensive policies and guidance documents to improve financial control and compliance.Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:Build and maintain multi-state licensing matrices to ensure regulatory compliance across fire protection and construction operations.Coordinate with legal and registered agents to ensure business registration in all active states.Collaborate with Payroll to manage employment tax setups in newly entered states.Procurement Optimization:Lead initiatives to consolidate office purchasing through Amazon Business and Staples, resulting in improved buying power and cost savings.Operational Playbooks & Process StandardizationDesign, document, and train on a repeatable process for warehouse inventory management.
