As a Scrum Master with over seven years of experience, I excel at building agile processes and enable teams to try new things and deliver value and quality to customers. I am currently Scrum Master to 5 teams in Vehicle and Ground Ops in the GPS ICS Program.I have a strong background in data and analytics, having led and coached teams that developed and implemented a sales recommendation engine at the world’s largest food and drink company and a Pega Customer Decision Hub integration at a major satellite radio company.
