I’m VP of Broadband & Media at Consult Red, working with operators and telcos to turn connectivity into differentiated, revenue-generating products.My focus is on helping product and leadership teams move beyond “faster speeds” and into platform-led broadband and media solutions that drive ARPU, reduce churn, and create long-term customer value. This includes areas such as value-added services, media experiences and edge-enabled use cases, that scale operationally.At Consult Red, I partner closely with operators to define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and bridge the gap between technology capability and commercial outcomes — ensuring innovation lands as something customers will actually pay for.Alongside my consulting role, I host the Simply Connected podcast, where I speak with industry leaders across broadband and connectivity about how the market is evolving and what product teams should be doing next.
