   Responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to support our business objectives- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the executive team and project executives/members on a wide range of legal issues- Oversee and manage all legal aspects of construction projects, including contracts, negotiations, disputes, and compliance- Lead end-to-end strategy and management for claims, payment/performance bonds, and mechanic’s liens across public and private projects- Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and protect the company\'s interests- Ensure the company\'s compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers- Build tracking dashboards for deadlines, exposures, and recoveries; report trends and risk posture to executives and project leadership- Train project teams on best practices for notices, documentation, and HUB/contract compliance to prevent disputes and preserve rights- Stay current with industry trends and legal developments that may impact the company.
