In my current role as Regional Banking Director of Business Management, I lead the centralized business management function for Regional Banking—serving as the operational and performance “nerve center” that drives strategy execution, operating discipline, and actionable performance insights across all markets. I oversee business execution, centralized service operations, program management, and marketing enablement, ensuring teams are aligned, enabled, and equipped to deliver exceptional colleague and customer experiences. Previously, I served as Director of Practice Finance, leading a national team of Business Development Officers and overseeing all aspects of sales execution, partner strategies, and financial performance. In that role, I specialized in building national account partnerships, optimizing sales operations, and driving sustainable growth in a highly competitive marketplace.Before joining Practice Finance, I held the role of Director of Systems and Strategic Initiatives at The Huntington Investment Company, delivering technology solutions that modernized advisor platforms, improved operational efficiency, and expanded opportunities for clients within the Financial Advisor ecosystem.My career also includes more than 20 years at Bank of America, where I served in multiple senior leadership roles, including Small Business Lending Operations Executive, and led enterprise volunteer and community impact initiatives in Columbus.I am deeply committed to advancing equity and social progress. I actively support initiatives focused on Black Lives Matter, Economic Mobility, and LGBTQ+ Equality.
