In life we must learn how to study as much as we party and party as much as we study\"- Johnathan MezaI\'m a senior at Metropolitan State University of Denver, starting to look for roles in any business oriented field. As a business administrator major, I\'m fascinated by the building process and dedication needed to make a business successful and powerful. What makes the business powerful? The concept, leaders, workers? Is it possible to apply the same concepts in different areas of the world and produce the same results? Working at both Amazon and Defy Thornton there has been minor glimpses at the business functions and delegations needed to be a great leader. All of my life their has been instilled hard work and dedication to go the extra mile and always give my all in anything that I do. Starting at defy All learning in hopes to own my own Business, but still incorporate family values and times so that no moment gets waisted. Being provided the opportunity to grow my leadership skills at both Defy Thornton LLC and Amazon Den3 I now know that I am a natural leader. Never fearing the hard and dirty work, I love to push myself and others around past limits we believe possible; like counting large quantities of money, learning new editing/production softwares, or new methods of learning. Even if it means having the hard sit down conversations with another employer, I believe we can all learn from our mistakes if given the chance.My desire is to bring new ideas, outside the box thinking, but encourage outside sources and support. I treat everyone with respect, even if you are not nice in return.
