About Johnathan McCary
My experiences include a year and a half in a full time estimator role doing takeoffs, scope reviews and helping compile estimates. I then proceeded to move into a hybrid role where I was an estimator/office engineer working on projects ranging from Tenant Finish Out work, site development work ground up construction doing everything from submittals, writing RFIs, and helping with self perform tasks on those projects. More recently I have been tasked with being the QA/QC lead for a large ground up office building project for a large technology firm managing the inspection and quality control process for my organization.
