Senior project and engineering team leader with 15 years of global experience delivering first-of-a-kind nuclear projects across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. I have led work across the full lifecycle from front-end development and licensing through construction, commissioning, and transition to commercial operation including six (6) FOAK deployments in China and the U.S, and currently support Europe’s first implementation in Poland.My career has been shaped by complex, multinational project environments that require strong execution discipline, cultural awareness, and trusted stakeholder relationships. I regularly interface with senior client and utility leadership, regulators, suppliers, and internal executives, helping align technical, regulatory, and delivery objectives in high-stakes project settings. These relationships have been critical in building trust, maintaining transparency, and enabling forward progress on FOAK programs.In my current role, I lead front-end engineering strategy and licensing for the Poland project, with accountability for cost, schedule, and quality across a significant portion of the engineering scope. My work includes early-phase execution planning, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional coordination as the project advances toward its next phase. I have also supported the integration of innovation, including AI-enabled tools, into project execution models.I bring a business-oriented mindset to technical leadership and am motivated by solving complex first-of-a-kind challenges while enabling durable project outcomes and customer success. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA to further strengthen my strategic, financial, and commercial leadership capabilities as I continue progressing toward broader project and program leadership roles in global nuclear deployment.
