I’ve spent my entire career in the fire protection industry starting in the field turning wrenches and working my way up to leading operations for CHA Fire. What began as just a job in 2005 quickly became a career dedicated to protecting people and property while building teams that take pride in their work.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience nearly every facet of this business, from installation and inspections to project management and executive leadership. I’ve led fire protection work across the U.S. and overseas, including serving as the onsite Fire Protection Project Manager for the new U.S. Embassy in London. Today, as Vice President and Business Practice Leader, I oversee our domestic operations P&L with a focus on growth, team development, and delivering quality results for our clients.I take pride in mentoring others who share a drive to learn and excel in this trade. My goal is to foster a culture that values craftsmanship, integrity, and accountability while continuing to strengthen our client relationships and the people who make our success possible.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family hunting, fishing, or hiking.
