Promoted internally at this non-profit adventure park to continue to expand operations into a year-round facility, leading diverse business units, managing cross-functional teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing partnerships, budgeting, and programming.• Revenue Expansion: Grew total annual revenue from $1.3M to $2.8M by adding a full summer operations program, adding new attractions including a golf course, RV park, and mountain biking, and securing municipal partnerships to support sustainable growth.• Operational Oversight: Owned full P&L accountability across multi-site operations, including winter sports, summer activities, restaurant, rentals, RV park, golf course, events, and private bookings to ensure safety, quality service, and profitability.• Team Development: Directed 10 department managers and 100+ front-line staff, delivering training and leadership across guest services, food services, outdoor operations, events, HR, and school programming.• Event Leadership: Planned and executed dozens of large-scale events highlighted by Ski Swap Events (1200+ attendees) and an annual Comedy Night fundraiser (generating $100K/year). Used these events to drive fundraising and community engagement. • Technology Integration: Spearheaded software selection, vendor management, and integration of online ticketing, POS systems, mobile ordering, and booking tools to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborated with Board of Directors, municipal leaders, user groups and community partners to drive long-term growth, secure funding, develop capital expansion plans, and advance organizational priorities.• School Programming: Established partnerships with 35 regional schools serving 8K+ students annually, developing online systems that automated registration, payment, and scheduling to simplify group bookings and improve cash flow.
