I\'m a certified high school basketball coach with over a decade of experience developing athletes at every level — from beginners to competitive AAU programs competing on the national stage. My passion is building programs, not just teams: developing players who are better people off the court than they are athletes on it.My coaching credentials include USA Basketball Gold Certification, NFHS Levels 1, 2 & 3, and both NIC and CIC certifications. I\'ve served as a Head Coach and Varsity Assistant across multiple school programs in the Chicago area, including leading JV programs, running feeder systems for varsity pipelines, and coaching girls and boys at the middle and high school level.One of my proudest coaching experiences involved working with multilingual athletes who were learning the game from scratch. I adapted my communication style — using demonstration, visual cues, and peer collaboration — to make sure every player felt included, capable, and motivated. That experience reinforced what I already believed: great coaching is great teaching.Beyond basketball, I bring strong organizational skills, parent and administrative communication experience, and a track record of managing full program operations including scheduling, logistics, and compliance.
