ABOUT JOHN STEAD

I am a very experienced Professional Services Director and Project Manager with over 34 years overall IT experience and with the last 24 years working for a Business Software company (Infor). With 15+ years of successfully leading complex projects across multiple industries and 9+ years managing a Professional Services consulting team to successfully deliver Project engagements, with the last 3 years managing a global team.Leading the Platform Technology team, Infor’s Technology Product portfolio, to successfully deliver project engagements across all industries while at the same time, executing our Platform Technology innovation and adoption strategy through expert and effective enablement training to the Infor consulting workforce, creation of best practices and services sales packages to increase time to value, support Presales to ensure the right positioning of Technology products in the Enterprise and innovate to prove the art of the possible for greater customer success. A huge advocate for ongoing process improvement, driving the use of current standards and processes while constantly looking for opportunities to improve so that our delivery teams have the right structure, process, and methods to comfortably and confidently deliver solutions to increase the value we bring to our customers. I am a passionate Project and Team leader focused on achieving great Customer success by successfully delivering great outcomes through Project engagements to the agreed scope, timeframe, and budget while also setting the foundation with the Customer to help them onto a continuous improvement path.
