   As Vice President of User Experience at Advanced Medical Strategies, I lead the design vision and execution for our suite of healthcare analytics products, ensuring they are not only powerful, but also intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the complex needs of payers and providers.I oversee end to end UX strategy, from user research and product design to accessibility compliance and visual standards. This includes driving the full redesign of our Predict Suite tools, guiding the implementation of scalable design systems, and embedding user centered thinking into cross functional workflows.My role also involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure the delivery of elegant, efficient interfaces that support payment integrity, risk management, and business intelligence across the healthcare ecosystem. As part of this, I mentor and grow design talent, manage UX roadmaps, and champion design’s role in solving deeply technical, data heavy challenges with clarity and care.
