Cultivated and secured a three-year,$210K private foundation grant ($70K annually) to support a Spanish-speaking pregnancy program, leveraging funder relationships and tailored proposal development to strengthen financial sustainability and expand access to culturally responsive care. Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery through internal audits, quality assurance reviews, and adherence to Medi-Cal, HUD, CARF, and HIPAA regulations. Drive strategic growth by developing new income opportunities, managing public and private contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional departments, including HR, Development, Finance, and Compliance. Represent the organization in external relations including building strategic partnerships, increasing public visibility, supporting fundraising and grant development efforts, and serving as a trusted community ambassador through speaking engagements and media relations.
