Increased volume of contract generation and eliminated need for C-suite intervention by improving contracting process that had been plagued with delays and competing interests. Worked with all stakeholders to streamline system and refocus it on the core needs of the enterprise. Brought company into compliance with FTC/AG consent order and statutory framework to advance launch of products and initiatives.
