I’m a GTM technology leader with deep experience building and scaling integrated B2B SaaS tech stacks. In my current role as Sr. Director of Commercial Operations at Diligent, I focus on driving efficiency, automation, and AI-enabled innovation across the GTM organization. Previously, I led the business systems team at Narvar, shaping the revenue tech stack strategy and supporting teams across Sales, Marketing, CS, PS, Finance, and Support.I bring a product mindset to systems work, ensuring every improvement is grounded in user needs, thoughtfully prioritized, and measured for impact. I’m also a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, and Marketo Engage Expert, with hands-on experience leading operations from lead to renewal. Outside of work, you’ll find me training for triathlons, exploring state parks, or jumping into a local pickup basketball run.
