Responsibilities include alignment of deliverables across Engineering, Design, Security, Accessibility, Documentation and Marketing teams. All feature requirements and scheduling as well as future architectural improvements to the toolkit as a whole. Strategize internal and external evangelism of JET as well as any training requirements from those same teams. Own all outbound communications for social media; Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube as well as any developer support sites such as Slack, StackOverflow, Community Forums, etc. Promote a standards based approach to Oracle user interface development across all of Oracle\'s product lines. Allowing for a more consistent look and feel, as well as higher productivity for product engineering teams. Manage a team of Product Managers that help support over 300 commercial product teams across Oracle and numerous Oracle Partners. Develop, maintain, and grow a developer community across the Oracle ecosystem. This includes internal development teams as well as Oracle Partners worldwide.
