We at Rees Commercial are always thinking of ways to adapt in our ever changing market and stay ahead of the curve. In the past, Rees Development focused primarily in its development efforts. We changed our name to Rees Commercial for several reasons but the main reason was so that potential clients wouldn\'t categorize us as only a development firm. Changing our name to Rees Commercial allows us to broaden our scope of services offered. We will continue to develop and construct commercial projects but we will also be focusing on increasing our property management contracts, tenant representation and property listing efforts.
