Hired to improve software engineering processes, efficiency and create a more start-up like culture. • Drove changes to product release processes that reduced the time and workload by over 70%.• Managed Fibre Channel and FCoE driver teams on Windows, Linux, VMware and Solaris.• Managed team responsible for OEM applications. Reduced kit build times from 3 days to 5 hours. • Created 2-person software engineering team in Taiwan to support Web Giants and ODMs in APAC. Having the local engineering presence greatly reduced travel costs and increased customer satisfaction.• Directly managed teams (23 engineers) located in Massachusetts, Texas, California, Taiwan and India.
